What the site code uses
The site's application code does not set HTTP cookies and does not include analytics or advertising trackers. It uses local storage only when you choose to save a cookie preference on this page. Local storage is different from a cookie: it stays in your browser and is not automatically attached to requests to the server.
Hosting or security infrastructure may use necessary technical mechanisms outside the application code. This page does not claim to inventory infrastructure that is not part of the published site files. Manage storage in your browser

Blocking storage does not prevent reading the website. The contact draft tool may still work, but clipboard access and downloads depend on separate browser permissions and support.
